1. Do I have to register early?
No. You do not have to register early in order to attend the PhillyJobs.com Career Fair. Walk-ins are always welcome. However, it is to your benefit to register early, because registered employees in attendance will have the opportunity to preview your resume before the Career Fair begins and invite potential candidates to their booth. Pre-registering allows you to showcase your resume and stand out from other candidates.
2. Why is this event later in the day?
This event is scheduled from 3:00PM to 7:00PM to provide maximum flexibility and accommodate various business professional schedules.
3. What is the dress code?
Business attire. We encourage you to always dress professionally for a career fair. If you are not sure if what you are planning to wear is appropriate, then it probably is not. A suit is always preferred.
4. How many copies of my resume should I bring with me?
It is better to be over prepared then under prepared. Bring no less than 20 resumes with you to ensure that you have something for employers to reference during your conversations.
