The Role As a Wholesaler Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible forsupporting external wholesalers with the planning, coordination and administration of product road shows and lunch and learn meetings with financial advisors in strategic partner broker/dealer firms. Responsibilities Administration * Coordinate all road show and lunch & learn meetings for specified groups of wholesalers. * Manage the meeting series including: budgets, venue selection, registration, compliance and execution. * Communicate with wholesalers, conference/event planning, and marketing staff to ensure all wholesalers'' needs are met. * Ensure all client regulatory requirements for meetings are met. Sales and Service * Conduct proactive phone calls to financial advisors to drive attendance at meetings. * Conduct all pre and post meeting activities as outlined by wholesalers and management.
