Responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions, and defining solutions to problems through reasoned application of information technology. Designs, develops, documents and analyzes overall architecture of systems, including hardware and software. Determines integrated hardware and software architecture solutions that meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs. Coordinates design and integration of total system including subsystems. Researches and recommends technology to improve the current systems.

This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T�s compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.


As a SAP Client Technical Lead (CTL), you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility is SME for MDM system installs, support issues and performance tuning and also integration of MDM with other SAP systems
• Experience working on multiple MDM 7.1 projects, MDM certification preferred
• Performance tuning of MDM server and frontend components
• Provide guidance on the design, architecture and delivery of new and existing SAP solutions
• Install and configure new SAP Netweaver applications and components (ECC, BW, MDM, CRM, BOBJ, SCM, SEM, CRM, E-Recruitment, MSS, ESS, NWDI architecture, Solution Manager, etc.)
• Configure and support integration with third party SAP systems and software.
• Develop procedures and guidelines related to modification, upgrading and application of patches for SAP related systems and components.
• Setup and maintain consistent SAP backup and Disaster Recovery procedures for SAP servers.
• Support day-to-day tickets created by Helpdesk relating to SAP Servers and SAP Software.
• Develop and maintain project schedule including task management initiatives.
• Perform Oracle DBA and high availability configuration, system performance and optimization techniques.
• Provide team leadership skill, transfer knowledge and provide guidance for SAP operations, configuration, monitoring and tuning to peers and Jr. Basis Team members.
• Client reviews of projects and task assignments
• Sales support of solution design and approval for the allotted clients.

The preferred locations for this position are Wayne, PA or Atlanta, GA or Bedminster, NJ. May consider applicants who reside (and will remain) in locations other than those listed.


Qualifications:
Required Qualifications -

• 5-8 years related technical architect experience.
• 5-8 years of SAP Technical experience with a proven record of taking part in successful projects within SAP as well as be an expert in SAP Basis Component
• 5-8 years of experience in SAP Basis and DB administration of various SAP components like ECC, BW, CRM, BOBJ,SCM, SEM, E-Recruitment, MSS, ESS, NWDI architecture, Solution Manager, etc.
• 2-3 years MDM (understanding and/or experience with releases 7.0 and 7.1 highly desirable)
• The ability to manage Executive Partner relationships
• The ability to drive KPI's & performance metrics internally & externally
• The ability to present & report to Senior Executives on status, progress & overall business planning
• A very strong ability to lead customer relationships from the technical standpoint and handle client escalations.
• Proficient in specifying and evaluating architecture requirements for RFXs.

Desired Qualifications -

• Certified SAP Netweaver consultant
• Certified Oracle DBA
• Certified SAP OS/DB migration consultant
• AS/BS degree in Engineering, Information Systems or related technical field
• Experience in building multiple versions of large customer facing systems addressing performance and scale.
• Develops technical documentation on applications and systems
• Ability to work with technical and business-oriented teams
• Knowledge in voice, video, and app technologies (circuit, VoIP, SIP, IMS, AIN, Camel, etc.).
• Understands wireless technologies standards and protocols (3GPP, Wi-Fi, WiMAX, antennas, amplifiers, base stations, propagation, interference, spectrum).
• Proficient in Network Management, Tools and Protocols (Configuration, IP Network Address Management, Performance Management).
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure (including blade center design, data warehouse design, Ebusiness/web hosting design, etc.)
• Proficient in data communications protocols (TCP/IP, v4/v6, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, GMPLS, etc.)
• Proficient in home and premise networking architectures, assessment and modeling.
• Understands Virtualization, Storage and Content Deliver Networks (Cloud, CDM, Grid, SAN).
