Site Safety Coordinator
� Undergraduate degree in Safety, Industrial health, Science or Engineering, Business or Organizational Behavior preferred or equivalent experience.
� Relevant Health & Safety professional certifications
DEMONSTRATED JOB - RELATED EXPERIENCE:
��2 or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
DEMONSTRATED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
� Technical knowledge of workplace health, safety and environment concepts, practices, and procedures.
� Change management skills to develop plans, communicate changes, build commitment, overcome resistance and monitor results.
� Comprehensive working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and all other applicable federal, state, local and industry regulations with the ability to interpret based on experience or precedent
� Solid technical writing, verbal communication and presentation skills
� Analytical abilities to determine root causes and recommend and implement solutions
� Ability to constructively manage difficult or emotional customer situations;
� Ability to communicate with all levels of management
� Ability to present to a wide variety of audiences
� Detail oriented
� Compliance record keeping
� Ability to work independently with little supervision
� Ability to build positive relationships and resolve conflicts
� Good computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
