Title: Enterprise Services Sales Specialist, HP Enterprise Services Business Location: Singapore Other Locations: HP Enterprise Services organization is seeking sales professional to support business in Applications, System Integration and Outsourcing services offerings.
This position entails developing and directing the HP Enterprise Services Value propositions and effort for deals in excess of $2-3 million for new and existing clients. Typically these professionals will have sales targets starting at US$8 - 10M total contract value (TCV) per annum and a Qualified Sales Pipeline target of US$30 - 50M. All performance/rewards (on top of base pay) will be based on the achievement of the sales target.
Key Activities: · Proactively target existing and new logo clients within assigned industry/segment to create opportunities · Develop deep understanding of customers business and IT initiatives. · Translate the same into a Account Business Plan for HP mapping out opportunities for ES offerings · Build C-level client relationships to create thought leadership · Primarily accountable for qualified pipeline generation, pursuit and successful closure of opportunities · Participate in account planning and call planning along with HP Enterprise Account Managers
Specialty: IT Services Sales ( Application & Infrastructure Services)
Work Experience Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years to maximum of 12 years of sales experience 2. Experience in selling Applications, System Integration or Infrastructure Outsourcing within one of the verticals : Telecom, FSI, or Manufacturing 3. A proven track record against achievement of sales targets 4. Experience building relationships with and selling to C-level executive clients, 5. Work experience in large global IT organization with understanding of executing and adherence to complex sales governance process
Additional Capabilities Required: · Proven experience and presence working with executive suite clients · Advanced sales and marketing skills · Ability to understand customer business issues and map HP's value proposition to help address these issues · Executive level presence and influence · Exceptional communications skills · Application of out-of-box thinking · Excellent business acumen and industry acumen · Excellent negotiation, mediation, & conflict management skills · Relationship building and influencing skills.
Education: Undergraduate degree, advance university degree/MBA preferred, though not essential
