Leverage knowledge of data warehouse and software development methodologies to contribute to the overall planning of projects by recommending approaches, identifying resources, and developing timelines. . Take a lead consultant role in highly technical implementations to ensure the project success. . Provide knowledge transfer to IT staff. . Develop and foster a collaborative working relationship with clients. . Work collaboratively with project managers, SAP Offshore Consultants and partner consultants to develop consulting and project methodology, techniques, tools, and solutions. . 5+ years experience in building complex data models for enterprise level Business Intelligence solutions, data warehouse solutions and associated processes. . Strong conceptual design and analytics capabilities with an ability to balance theory and practical reality. . Strong problem-solving capabilities in complex, multi-vendor computing environments. . Solid oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences. . Self-motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation capabilities, especially in driving consensus among senior technical resources . Product knowledge and technical skills with HANA. . Database Programming : SQL Scripts / Stored Procedures / Functions . Knowledge of Unix: Shell Scripting / Performance Tuning & Monitoring . Current skills in SAP Business Warehouse (BW) or any Enterprise Data Warehouse . Web Services: .Net / Java Based Web Service Programming. . Business Objects product suite . Proven data architecture and data modeling skills specifically for HANA. These include relational and dimensional data modeling and physical database design of decision support systems. . Experience in designing, implementing and managing metadata solutions. Meta data definition and repository experience is a plus. . Proven ability to design and develop appropriate technical solutions to meet challenging business requirements. . Proven ability to assist in the development of business solutions that leverage business processes in conjunction with technical development. . Strong background in application development .
