Entry level sales position focused on selling full season plans, partial season plans, and group tickets to individuals and corporations in the Greater Pittsburgh region. This 9 month position has possibility to become full-time for those individuals who reach and/or exceed their sales goals.
Primary Responsibilities
Make minimum 100 outbound sales calls from provided lists to sell full, partial, 10-game and group ticket packages. Call on canceled business and individual season accounts. Develop new sales leads and actively prospect daily. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals. Schedule appointments, show seats, and give ball park tours. Provide superior customer service to clients, existing ticket holders, prospects, and single game customers. Upgrade and up sell customers into different categories and ticket packages. Support the Retention, Group, and New Business Development sales efforts of the department as needed. Handle inbound sales calls and turn into sales. Track all correspondence with customers via CRM and Outlook applications. All other duties as assigned by Inside Sales Manager.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Management, Business Administration or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office Attitude and aptitude for learning sales techniques
