We are currently interviewing for the following Wholesale Mortgage positions:
Loan Processors (#52457)
Responsible for post-closing pipeline tasks and communication with Internal Account Executives, vendors and brokers to troubleshoot loan closing problems. Tasks include reviewing loans to resolve closing delays, communicating approval statuses, resolving problems with underwriting and secondary marketing depts., maintaining daily workflow prioritization, auditing files for compliance (RESPA/GFE), and submitting completed and accurate files to closing dept.
Loan Closers (#52458
Responsible for coordinating real estate mortgage loan closing with settlement agent, preparing and delivering closing documents, closing loan in timely manner in accordance with all local, state and federal guidelines, and reviewing and approving required documentation(title commitment, hazard insurance, HUD-1 settlement) for accuracy and completeness.
