Inside Sales Representative
Galaxy Wire and Cable Inc. has an immediate requirement for an inside sales representative. Galaxy is a distributor/supplier of electronic wire and cable and a manufacturer of cable assemblies and wire harnesses located in Horsham, PA. The position will include but not be limited to the following responsibilities: • Cold/warm calling to increase & expand customer base • Obtaining quotes from customers • Sourcing product quotes from vendors • Preparing customer quotations • Following up on customer quotations • Researching for potential new accounts • Compiling and sending quarterly newsletters • Preparing marketing material • Building and maintaining customer relationships; • Working with outside sales representatives to develop and maintain accounts. Company benefits include medical, dental, paid vacations, 401K and a competitive salary. Commission package offered after training period. Strong potential for upward growth within the company.
Requirements:
The candidate needs to have the following qualifications: • Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office • Ability to multi-task • Ability to work in fast-paced environment • Ability to quickly learn in a technical environment • Strong customer-service skills • Self-motivated and detail-oriented personality • The ability to present themselves and company in a professional manner Prior experience in sales and in the electronics industry is a plus.
