Senior/Director, CRM Sales - APJ

Demand Generation:
* Drive "net new" and "incremental pipeline for CRM area"
* Build the marketing plan together with the relevant stakeholders from marketing and from the global teams
* Define and execute programs (together with marketing and inside sales) in order to achieve the pipeline objectives
* Support the countries executing targeted campaigns to build pipeline
* Identify and align partners to deal with execution and deliver their numbers
* Establish and maintain customer proof points to enable reference selling

Deal Execution:
* Provide sales leadership and support for the most critical APJ opportunities
* Drive country sales in the CRM area in order to create new opportunities, shorten the sales cycles and scale the business.
* Change the game (serve as a competitive differentiator) in strategic deals through solutions differentiation & thought leadership.
* Coach the country sales managers in the CRM area in order to build their team
* Support and coach strategic deals together with the country Account Executive.

Thought Leadership & Field Enablement:
* Leverage & institutionalize best practices across the region
* Build and optimize the country sales teams in your CRM area
* Make the field organization "fit for business" in the CRM area through enablement programs, coaching and inspiring.
* Leverage tools & templates for the region (Value Mart, Outside-in template, Vito letters, VLM tool)
* Manage a cross-functional virtual team who is in charge for the long-term success of the CRM business
* Evangelize the innovative character of the CRM solution inside the company and to external stakeholders like analysts, press and other influencers
* 10-15 years of professional experience; demonstrated knowledge/expertise over different aspects of CRM
* People management experience
* 8+ years customer facing experience (sales/business development/consulting/pre-sales)
* Have worked in different countries and is used to multicultural environment
* Have worked in a multi-channel GTM environment
* Good understanding and experience in working in matrix organizations
* Bachelor's Degree+ MBA or Masters
* Ideally 1-2 years of SAP product and 3 + years prior business application software or implementation experience OR minimum of 10-15 years professional experience with a demonstrated knowledge/expertise of the CRM area
* C-Level value based selling and positioning experience
* Executive workshops design and facilitation
* Domain experience in the functional area or the solutions area
* Ideally an understanding of SAP solutions, real-time business scenarios
* Understanding of multi-channel GTM models
* Engaging and influencing cross-functional organizations
* Business planning, business case development, & operational excellence
* Fluent in English
