Title: Tea Sommelier

The Tea Sommelier is responsible for submitting and presenting guest food and beverage selections including tea and alcoholic beverages. The right person will have knowledge and experience with all aspects of tea service including table settings, brewing techniques, and service. The Tea Sommelier must be able to describe tea characteristics and offer suggestions to enhance the tea experience for our guests. The right person will be familiar with all major varieties of teas and their country or region of origin. Solid knowledge of teas from China is preferred.
