Technology Consultant - Performance Testing

Independently deliver successful consulting engagements for Testing Solutions, which include but not limited to the following: o Preparation of Performance Test Strategies and Detailed Test Plans o Development of automated test scripts and load scenarios. o Tools Installation and Support o Test Execution Management and Monitoring o Project Reporting (Weekly Status and Final Report) o Issue Escalation/Resolution o Customer Mentoring . Effectively lead project teams consisting of SAP consultants, delivery partners, and/or client resources. These teams may also be a combination of onsite and remote resources. . Effectively communicate with project team on testing approaches, best practices, project status and risks, and recommendations. . Efficiently automate test scripts with testing tools, specifically HP LoadRunner and/or Performance Center. . Become the trusted advisor for customers and continue credible business partnerships. . Proactively support with the creation of Testing Services collateral and content while leveraging repeatable processes. These assets could then be used towards the development of new products and Testing Solution delivery packages. . Assist in business development initiatives to support software license and service sales. . Contribute to practice building and knowledge management activities. . Over 5 years of consulting experience or equivalent. . Over 3 years of management experience to deliver project initiatives around cost, time, and resources. . Over 3 years of practical experience with SAP applications - ECC, BI, SCM, CRM, SRM, PI, SolMan, etc. is preferred . Over 3 years of practical experience with HP LoadRunner/Performance Center . Experience in various industry verticals - Financial Services, Government/Public Sector, Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution, Utilities, Pharmaceuticals, and Technologies. . Experience with other software testing tools is a plus. . Basic knowledge and understanding of Application Lifecycle Management, various QA and Testing methodologies. . Good knowledge and understanding of SAP hardware infrastructures. . Good knowledge and understanding with SOA and middleware applications. . Good knowledge and understanding of various graphical user interfaces (SAPGUI, Web, Java, etc.) . Strong knowledge and understanding of test automation. . Bachelor degree in Information Systems or related discipline is required. . Certification with HP LoadRunner/Performance Center is a plus. . PMP certification is a plus. . ITIL certification is a plus. . Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
